* Overtime rates apply after 5PM and before 8AM each weekday. Overtime weekend rates apply after 5PM Fridays, and before 8AM Mondays. Holiday rates apply after 5PM of the evening before an official holiday, and before 8AM of the morning after the official holiday. Other potential charges include but are not limited to: parts, materials, accessories, etc used in field service – and are charged according to current Beta Tech prices. Travel expenses include our usual hourly rate – but might also include airfare, hotel, board, etc which will be billed at actual. Payment terms include but are not limited to: Credit Card or Cash. Net 30 from date of Invoice is available upon approval by our Finance Dept. 1.5% of total invoice will be charged if payments are received more than 30 days after date of Invoice – a new invoice will be sent. 1.5% of the newest invoice will be charged every 30 days thereafter until the total balance is paid in full.
